Food & Allergens

Allergen and dietary information

VieVegan prepares plant-based food in a working kitchen. Some menu items contain or may come into contact with allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, soy, gluten, sesame, garlic, onion, and other ingredients. Cross-contact can occur.

Please tell our team about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We will do our best to provide current ingredient information, but customers with severe allergies should speak with staff directly before placing an order.

Consumer Guarantees

Refunds, replacements, and order issues

Australian Consumer Law gives customers automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded by our policies. If there is a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a short description of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, correction, or another appropriate remedy. For orders placed through delivery platforms, the platform may need to process the refund or support request through its own system.

For catering orders, cancellation terms should be confirmed in writing at the time of booking because preparation, ingredient purchasing, and staffing may begin before the event date.
